Cake (Layer 1 – 3):
Whip all ingredients into mixer at medium speed for ± 5 minutes. Divide the batter into 3 parts. Add in red color as desire make gradation. Pour the batter into 3 Carlo greased and papered baking tin Ø 20 cm. Bake into oven at 175ºC for ± 25 minutes.
Layer 4 – 6
Recipe and methods are the same with above recipe only ingredient Indomuffin Vanilla replace to Indomuffin chocolate and red color replace to dark red and L’arome chocolate so the baked cake arker than layer 1-3.
Filling :
Whip all ingredients into mixer at high speed for ± 5 minutes until raise.
