Indomuffin Vanilla

Biobianca cream

Pembuatan

Cake:

Mix in all ingredients, except chocolate chip into mixer for 5 minutes at slow speed until smooth. Add in chocolate chip and stir well. Fill 65 g batter into muffin mould ready with paper cups by using ice cream scoop. Bake in the oven at 190ºC for 15-20 minutes.

Topping:

  1. Mix in all ingredients into mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy.
  2. Divide 2 parts, one part add 50 g of dark chocolate ganache and other normal. Put into piping bag.

Finishing:
After bake, dip the muffin into melted chocolate coating, let it set. Pipe Biobianca cream using star tube onto the dipped muffin. Sprinkle it with mini chocolate chip.
